Step 1
Consultation
Get in touch with me through the Contact section on this web site. The initial consultation can be done in person, over the phone or by email and will give me a chance to know you and understand exactly what you are looking for.
Step 2
Quote
I will send you a quote which will include price breakdown and estimated time of completion.
Step 3
Confirmation
Confirm your desire to move forward with your customized project by submitting a 50% deposit/downpayment. The remaining amount will be due on completion of order.
Step 4
Design
Design options will be explored and pictures of the sample or options will be sent to you over email for your approval.
Step 5
Time
Most custom pieces can be completed in 2 – 3 weeks. However, depending on volume and complexity of orders, 4 – 6 weeks in advance is best.
Step 6
Payment
Payment can be accepted as cash, email transfers or credit cards (Square).
Step 7
Pickup/Delivery
Pick up of finished pieces can be arranged at the studio or by other delivery methods (Canada Post, UPS, etc).
