What do Audrey Hepburn, Jackie Kennedy and Kate Middleton have in common? They all used Lily of the Valley in their wedding bouquets. In fact, Kate had about 100 stems in her modest but elegant bouquet.

For being such a small flower, Lily of the valley gives off such a tremendous scent. The flowers look like a small bell and they are generally usually white, although sometimes with a tinge of pink as well. Pull together a bunch of Lily of the Valley to make adorable, tiny bouquets.

Lily of the valley has the flower meaning of ‘return to happiness’ — humility, chastity, sweetness, purity and is said to bring luck in love.
